It was hands down the best gift dd got for her bday this year, she's played with it non stop!

It was this offer

Hey Twins I'd pm this if I were you ... another poster did this yesterday ("in response to a request (meant very generously of course) and were advised that if there was suddenly a huge use of this code it may affect your BL account?

Twinsandsome · 24/11/2023 15:28

Thanks @poignant I think someone’s beat me to it unfortunately x

poignant · 24/11/2023 15:29

@Twinsandsome I can pm you one

Beingacatbed · 24/11/2023 15:29

@Irritatedmum
both my dd’s have those pens. One has the original ohuhu ones and the other has the copys which i got from Amazon and you can also get om temu and i would say the copies are almost as good as the ohuhu. They are fab pens really, one side is fine tip and the other a marker so would definitely recommend.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 24/11/2023 15:30

Can anyone offer any advice about Matalan girls' pyjama sizes, please? My DD is 12 and quite slim. I would ordinarily get her a size 8 women's pair so they are a bit baggier but there are some cute Barbie PJs that would be a nice reminder of the film we enjoyed together and they are only available in child sizes. How roomy is an Age 13 pair, would you say?

Realfastfoodie · 24/11/2023 15:43

IDugAnotherHole · 24/11/2023 15:19

@Realfastfoodie thanks for the suggestion. I'll the one I'm after isn't there but I'll see what else they have. We have bad luck with coffee machines so not sure about buying refurbished but if they have decent warranties etc I suppose it's no different to brand new (I.e we'll have broken it in 3 months)...

Yes, there’s a good warranty on them. The one we got looked absolutely brand new - an unwanted gift would be my guess!

AllFadestoBlack · 24/11/2023 15:49

Thank you so much @Twinsandsome

Please delete your post if it'll affect your BL account.

I have an Argos code if you need it.

Itsfridaynightok · 24/11/2023 15:50

Hey for those who bought the £100 bridal beauty box. Are you able to tell me what was in it ?

Thinking for my sister but would like to know what's in it first.

Realfastfoodie · 24/11/2023 15:52

I have a request - has anyone found any wonderful Etsy bargains this year? I need to get my basket over £25 and feel like there must be lots of brilliant things on Etsy…!

fishfingersandchipsagain · 24/11/2023 16:04

Sorry for the ongoing VERY saga. I figured out a way around the credit issue, by first making a payment for the amount over the £1000 (so MacBook was £1,250 - credit limit was £1,000 - so I payed in £300 up front).

BUT there was literally nowhere to put the code in. Nowhere. I had sat myself down with a coffee, ready to scrutinise every pixel of the page. And I agree it is not AT ALL clear when it gets to the final step. I’ll need to phone them to sort it, or maybe cancel and try again, screenshotting each step.

On the plus side, Quidco is tracking each attempt as a purchase, so I am up to nearly £400 in referrals so far 😂(obviously only one will confirm)

I was going to ask the same! I have the £10 off £25 and feel like I don’t want to waste it 😅

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 24/11/2023 16:10

Just realised The White Company sell some Jellycats and they are doing 20% off, it's a shame they don't have the 2 I need!

msssm · 24/11/2023 16:11

GoatsareGOAT · 24/11/2023 14:23

@msssm onbuy is like buying from eBay- it's different sellers under one platform.
I was warned off buying games on there by experienced boardgames people who said the cheap boardgames were knockoffs.
(obviously YMMV)

Thanks @GoatsareGOAT I changed my mind quite quickly when I saw there actually was a delivery charge. They wanted £33! I got it off eBay in the end I hope it's the real thing.

Mytribeof3 · 24/11/2023 16:12

Does anyone have a spare Pandora code they don't need please? Hoping for one that can be used alongside Black Friday deals as I'm ordering a few things so it's all adding up!

Dee1224 · 24/11/2023 16:13

Hi @stillholly - Primark had Snuddies for kids reduced this week - under a tenner. Their kids xl fit me at 5’4”.

True Face on eBay are very good. Their ‘hooded blankets’ are mostly sold out now, (probably because people have realised that some are ‘real’ Oodies). They are a bit over £15 £15.99-£18.99. They are an excellent company - very good customer service.

They also had some hooded blankets in Lidl this week, but I can’t remember the price.

SirLottie · 24/11/2023 16:29

For anyone who uses erborian bb cream, on Amazon the 40ml in some shades is coming up as £12.30 the same price as the 15ml - usually around £40 for the large size!

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2023 16:43

@fishfingersandchipsagain I’ve just put an order in and there was a little box on the bottom right off the bnpl page where you select 6 or 12m
says promo code but took some looking

QueenOfMincePiesAndWine · 24/11/2023 16:45

Does anyone have a scrub student code please? Thank you in advance

AllFadestoBlack · 24/11/2023 16:46

Thank you! I use the CC cream and wanted to try the BB. This is a bargain.

TheCrow · 24/11/2023 16:46

What was the name of the company doing cheese and wine boxes that everyone had trouble with last year? Wondering if Laithwaites are going to go the same way this year!

Iluvchristmasbargains · 24/11/2023 16:51

And now John Lewis website is acting up! I’m unable to add anything to my basket. Very annoying when I have a £20 Quidco opt in active and 20% off aftershave!

OhRex · 24/11/2023 16:59

Brilliant @SirLottie thank you! Always wanted to try it but have been put off by the price - guess I’ll be hooked now 😝
