Thanks @GoatsareGOAT for the title. Luckily, she was referring to the board game peeps!

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

We have had success with the ion8 water bottles and have yet to break with either 5 y/o DD or less careful 2 y/o DS

PopcornAndGummyBears · 20/11/2023 07:00

@Lastminutebride we have had a huge number of water bottles through this house, and still have over 20 (six people in the household) here. The ones I would swear by in terms of longevity are definitely Hydroflask, Swell and Sho for metal ones, and Camelbak Chute for plastic.

The Camelbaks are see through, but critically they come in all sorts of different colours and if you get one of the darker colours you definitely can’t tell if it’s got squash in it. They don’t have a straw or soft plastic sucky bit so nothing to worry about getting stinking and mouldy, and they can go in the dishwasher too. We have ones which are still going strong 10 years later. The 750ml one is currently reduced on Amazon.

psuedocream3 · 20/11/2023 07:12

@cinders222 @Lastminutebride On day five now, and no luck with a birthday code or 20%, I'm not sure if I've done something wrong?

BlackFlyChardonnay · 20/11/2023 07:14

Thanks so much @HulahoopsBBQbeef for the Tartan weaving mill tip off. I just bought my SIL the earrings and a gorgeous lambswool scarf in the clan tartan of her maiden name - she will absolutely love that!

NotmySundaybest · 20/11/2023 07:23

EvilHerbivore · 20/11/2023 08:00

@Namenumber3 could you please share the link for the Laithwaite's Wine offer? I've tried googling, but can't find it, so your skills are clearly superior to mine!

BlackFlyChardonnay · 20/11/2023 08:15

Anyone know of a discount for Not on the High Street please? It's not showing on blue light.

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 20/11/2023 08:15

Amazing, thank you
That's my best friend finished now!

HulahoopsBBQbeef · 20/11/2023 08:22

@BlackFlyChardonnay that sounds like such a thoughtful gift and yes the earrings look beautiful. I would love to receive both items.

NoWordForFluffy · 20/11/2023 08:25

Namenumber3 · 19/11/2023 22:50

Thank you. I just googled it and it took me to the site. Also Topcashback !
Theses are so perfect for stocking fillers.
DH buys me the Laithwaites advent calendar as part of my Christmas present every year. I usually save a couple of bottles to put in a stocking or two but now I don't have to!

Can you link this please as my googling is failing?! Thanks!

chocolateisavegetable · 20/11/2023 08:27

Be aware with that Laithwaites deal that they will charge you £24 after 6 months unless you cancel

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 20/11/2023 08:32

@chocolateisavegetable can you show where it says that please. Doesn't mention it in the offer t&c

Ilovepugs2017 · 20/11/2023 08:38

For the people who ordered the wax melt burners off boots did anyone manage to find a nice box to put them in? Gonna be a bit naff to wrap them as they are and I need to send one in the post to my friend

MamaK19 · 20/11/2023 08:41

You had to add that charge to your basket as an extra.

Thanks for the link. Bought!

chocolateisavegetable · 20/11/2023 08:54

Apologies for the confusion- I was trying to do it quickly and thought you only got free delivery if you signed up. Thank you for correcting x

Arewesureitisntbedtime · 20/11/2023 08:55

For those of you who were discussing Meta Quest games, we were making our first purchases last night so we can get them downloaded in time for Christmas and discovered there is a referral scheme so after a bit of googling, we managed to get 25% off of both of the games we were buying. I've popped a couple of codes on the referrals thread that might help some people, but it's definitely worth a google for a code before you buy.
