@Beckafett Thank you for this, perfect for my 12 year old too 😀

Do beer advent calendars ever come on offer? Want to get one for DH - it's been a rough few years and he deserves it. Don't know whether to order now or hang on until the last minute.
I'm looking at Brewdog/Beer52/Beerwulf/Beerhawk. The alternative is that imakeone myself, which is doable, but I'd like an easier option if possoble!
(Also if there are any recommendations - I don't like beer and know nothing about it!)

I’ve just ordered a Brewdog one, did it through PayPal & pay in 3 instalments. Did it through Topcashback too if you have an account 👍🏻

For those missing the Bakedin cinnamon bun kits. Hobbycraft has some in stock. It’s click and collect only so a bit hit and miss depending where you live. No idea what the expiry is but could be a good purchase with the £5 voucher as they are £4.30. You do need minimum purchase of £10 for click and collect though.

mummydoris2006 · 01/10/2023 19:04

I've just checked on my totum student/professionals card and have a code for 15% off Charlotte Tilbury online on full price products if anyone is looking on there?

Clucket87 · 01/10/2023 18:33

The Spicery have 33% off their legends kits.
I know they have been popular in recent years and I'm quite tempted to buy for myself
Here's the link

Thanks for this. You've just reminded me that I need to refill some of my spices.

They are excellent, I would definitely recommend.

Dogmatix34 · 01/10/2023 19:09

I agree about the Spicery legend kits- we use ours at least once a week

shash1982 · 01/10/2023 19:40

Hi all 👋
Does anyone know if there are any urban outfitter codes?
I found one that gives 10% but I'm sure I saw one somewhere for 15%.

@shash1982 not sure but try NEW2APP

mummydoris2006 · 01/10/2023 20:30

@Montanna15 your code has just saved me 35% on the Adidas site, on 4 pairs of trainers and some socks the saving was huge!!! I can't thank you enough xx

WayUpHigh · 01/10/2023 20:33

Discount code SPICETROOP will give 10% off at The Spicery.

I just got the Curry Legend Cookbook Kit for £20.50 delivered.

Any ideas for vegan DF and partner please? Not drinkers, very into fitness and travel. Previously bought garden ornaments, spicery kits, vegan Hotel Chocolat selection. Running out of ideas!

Is there an offer on the brewdog?

SomeFiggyPudding · 01/10/2023 21:13

@ChristmasCrumpet no offer, I don’t remember there being any offers last year either as they are popular. So I went for instalments to break up the payments 😊

Seasalt have their lovely jute shoppers on 3 for 2 again. I use these every year as ‘stockings’ for my whole family.

I love these too, have used them in previous years

Fedupdoc · 01/10/2023 21:48

Has anyone mentioned yet that Lisa angel have 25.% off sidewide? I also got some kind of credit so got £54 of jellycat for £38 with free delivery

Buy non food style items, similar diet for me and I’d just rather not get food from people as half the time I can’t eat it. If they are into gardening how about some seed kits, I found some a few years back lovely tin with ten packs of seeds in them veg or flowers. Do they feed the wildlife in the garden? If so RSPB and other places do some great bird feeding watching sets. Does fitness travel mean hikers? If so how about walking related items? What are their other hobbies?

I did just suggest non food but if you did want to give food Lakeland have a vegan style hamper in a bag, I noticed it last night. But depends on what they actually like to eat.

After such fabulous help for BIL, was hoping for some inspiration for MIL…
She is in her 70’s likes crafts, knitting (but think bought her everything under the sun already!), loves ‘Vera’, ‘Strictly’ and ‘NCIS’, going out to coffee with her friends…
Previous presents that been hits knitting stuff, Vera tour and Strictly tickets, cushions with pics of grandkids…
Any thoughts most appreciated!

Have you see the cushion kits? Think they are classed as embroidery. One of them might be good, there’s a new Ann cleeves book out if she also reads the books?, gift vouchers etc for her favourite coffee shops if she does that a lot, some nice coffee hot choc things for at home over Christmas.

Blessedbethefruitz · 01/10/2023 22:00

Is the spicery stuff actually a good deal? We don't really buy stuff like that, but dp is very into mastering from scratch curries. Tired of getting him boring gifts!

That sort of cushion set think it might be listed as cross stitch but much larger with wool. So you can easily do them whilst watching the telly.

Is there a good local vegan eatery? Ours do vouchers for either use anytime or something specific like ‘a tray of brownies’ etc.

I love the NY Times 36 hours in Europe book - full of wonderful ideas to pour over when contemplating our next adventure.
