Ocado Christmas Slots

Seem to be available for Smart Pass customers.

Just a heads up to those who like to book their slot early.

You should get an email to let you know when they open to you.

I had one at the start of last week telling me the slots would go live next week, and one yesterday saying they are available to me tomorrow.

So keep an eye out, you should get some sort of communication soon .

Yep, all booked in! Slots released to "Anytime Smart Pass" first, then rest of Smart Passes, then rest of customers.

My email link didn't work but I just went straight on and booked.
Very appreciative of the free delivery-thanks ocado!!

I was surprised to see how many basic things already showing out of stock-things like cranberry sauce (the brand i like) horse radish (the brand I like) and yorkshire puddings-the M&S brand-will they become available later?

I assume it is warehouse capacity because surely they could re-order at this point but it is disappointing...

I remember the out of stock thing last year and they came available as we got closer to the time.

They started out of stock and then came into stock - if you see what I mean?

I don’t have the facility but do have an Anytime pass 🤔
Even skipped the available slots snd it goes up to 20/10.

I can’t get on it either. Perhaps it depends where you are in the country. I was given a date but I can’t remember when.

Thanks for this thread. I haven't got an email yet but had access to the slots when I logged in. Glad I checked as the slots I wanted most had already gone but there was fair availability on the other days.

Does anyone know what time the slots are released please? I got my email yesterday to say that the slots would be available today. I was awake at 3am and nothing was showing up - I can see the Christmas star dates. Still nothing either available!

They go live at midnight..... if you can see the "book your Christmas slot" banner and icon, and access those dates in the calendar, you have access to book.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and trying from a clean browser?

If still none it could be they are gone.

I had an email on Monday to say I could book on Tuesday, I happened to be up at midnight so booked mine.

they do stagger the Christmas invite slots by how much you use them, my orders have gone up so and is the earliest I’ve been invited to book.

Booked mine this morning, pretty much all slots were available. Got mine for the 23rd so I'll have time to go to the shops for the inevitable missing items...

They always do this, lots of it won’t even have been manufactured yet if it’s not an ambient line.

I initially tried to book with link on email but was showing website down.

I just went on the website and could do it that way.
I think if you see the christmas star dates you should be able to book?

Just randomly looked at my Ocado app

The Christmas slots are on there marked with a gold star

Slots start from Weds 20th Dec all seem to be £7.99 delivery or more

Not sure I'll bother book one, we're probably going to spend the big day with family

I don't have a smart pass or anything like that

I use Ocado maybe once a month and just got a text that slots were available. I don't think I've ever used Ocado for Christmas shop (and won't this year as will be abroad).
