Gift ideas for 17 yr DD

I'm in need of inspiration for my 17yr old DD.

Very tricky to buy for. For this reason she likes to choose her own clothes, skin care and makeup. Doesn't wear jelewery. Her hobbies are crochet and knitting and doesnt need anything for that ( apparently 🙄😂)

The only ideas I can come up with so far are

Spotify subscription ( she listens to it all the time)
Watch
Some really nice pillows for her bed, like an up grade of what she has - she loves her bed and pillows😆

She really doesnt need stuff, so I was thinking of a trip/day out. Any suggestions would be fantastic thank you.

The obvs one would be money forwards driving lessons- is that is something she would be interested in.

Definitely silk pillow cases , good for skin and hair. Can you find the skin care range she likes and get a big selection of that brand

I know you said she buys her own make up but would she like ‘posher’ stuff - I bought my DD16 a Dior lip gloss set last year directly from them. It was expensive but beautifully packaged and she loved it.

Does she fake tan? Aldi had £6 bed protector sheets yesterday.
new bedding
various vouchers wrapped up with “token” gifts like a hobby craft voucher wrapped up with new crochet hook storage.
a beauty cabinet thing or mini fridge with a voucher for cosmetics
a voucher for local hairdresser wrapped up with shampoo etc
New Alexa type speaker and Spotify subscription
sweets.
starbucks voucher and new mug or reusable cup.

Maybe you could make her a beauty station for all her stuff? But failing that, money seems like your best shout. You could try and make it more of an event by making a homemade gift card for you to take her somewhere like Westfields and an amount instead of just some notes in an envelope. You could make a day of it by getting lunch together and getting some of the quality time 🥰

Thanks for all the ideas!

Have done voucher for hobby craft, the shop she gets her yarn for and costa etc before.

Think she'd love the silk pillow case, and up grade on her skin car and a craft show if i can find one...i've been to a few myself at Olympia and Alexandra palace, so she'd probably like them as well tbh.

She doesn't do fake tan, the Alex speaker sounds good too. Thanks again x

Pyjamas, bedding set, fluffy socks, foot/hair mask, cinema voucher, voucher for her nails / hairdresser, a new money purse, asos voucher or like a PP said, hobbycraft voucher.

Thanks for all the fab ideas! will have a look at a voucher for a beauty treatment, she only really has her nails done, she does wear make up but hasn't been to a place for anything other than nails, there's a popular lady not far from me who has her own little salon in her back garden (not a shed, an actual treatment room lol) so i may get her a voucher for her as would feel more comfortable going there i think.
