Tantalisingly close to sub-100!

It's definitely proper autumn now as the geese have started this week! 🪿

We've had so much rain this week too. Thankfully sunny today. Allegedly. The forecast is so frequently wrong.

Still nice here but I can see Autumn creeping in, my Boson Ivy /Virginia Creeper is going red on some branches .

We’ve not had any rain really. A few spots here and there but it’s been warm and sunny during the day this past week.

@CrazyBaubles it says Keep Off (it's an Ikea X cloVirgil Ablon) and DH spent 3 hours online trying to order it on the Sunday they came out

Well that's a disappointment , I saw second word is OFF and hoped for Feck Off (but maybe IKEA wouldn't produce something with such profanities )

When DS is swarming round the kitchen getting under my feet , I have a Non Players Off The Green rule . I need a floor covering with this message on it . Though I just say to him "Oi. Player/Green" and he understands !

I have beige with baubles for Dec 1st , a green/red Christmas cover and one with hares the rest of the year .

I'm much to o drunk to do a countdown! Liverpool is a fun night out but bumped in to a grou I know and lots of drinks were bought and consumed.
Just got into bed and feelinf like I should be too old for this (but I danced lots which was fun) 💃🏼🤪

Woo hoo! Still warm and sunny here today (26°) but think it’s cooling next week.

Crazy hope you’ve got a lovely cooked breakfast this morning.

I did DD’s heart rate from lying to standing yesterday. Sitting to standing is ok but lying to standing it increased by around 50bpm and doesn’t go down until she lies down again. No wonder she feels rubbish, and this is a day she’s feeling better.

Football this morning for ds then someone is coming to fix a leak we have in our bedroom. Lots of housework and when dh gets paid I need to go food shopping.

It sounds like she might have POTS Wreck. A lot of people get it after a Covid infection. Might be worth looking into.

Hopefully this is something the Drs can look into and get sorted soon for her.

It fits doesn’t it Why? Everyone has been so dismissive and saying it’s anxiety but I’ve always felt it can’t be. Yes she has some low level anxiety but not to the extent of making her ill.

Crazy when I used to drink I always had a dioralyte before bed which seemed to help! Get rehydrated and you’ll feel better hopefully, at least you had fun!

They like to palm people off with anxiety for many many things Wreck, but in my opinion POTS or something similar is what she has.

I made some good progress on Christmas planning yesterday, I can’t wait for the food stuff to be released!

I had a full rescan in sainburys yesterday as I somehow managed to miss something and the random check picked it up. So embarrassing. It was the cheapest thing in the shop that I missed too!

It’s grey here with rain forecast but still warm. I’m pleased it looks like we won’t need our heating on for a long time yet.
