Dh and I are going on our Traditional Shopping Day tomorrow ( the last Friday in November) .
I've been trying to steer away from the Black Friday deals , in case an Air Fryer falls into my basket .

DH and I have a busy weekend plus I have work to do so I am not sure when I will get stuff done! I haven't wrapped DD's advent calendar yet but have got most of the gifts (except those that I put somewhere safe)!

I'm sending DH off to visit his parents with the kids tomorrow, so I can get everything wrapped and stored for easy moving to the new house. 🎁 🏡

biddy I've said to DH a few times that we should do a traditional (ideally southern style) thanksgiving dinner one year.
Maybe next year.

In the spirit of trying to pull myself into the festive mood, and of giving myself a break from the recent never ending stress and rubbish news, I booked today off.
I had a lie in, went to town (no real bargains but I had a very specific list and it was busy so didn't deviate) and have been on the sofa since 1pm, cross stitching and watching Christmas films.
Decided to start strong and funny with Deck The Halls. Now moving on to Miracle on 34th street to get the nostalgia hit.

I just checked our local Vue Firefly they're showing DieHard tonight/tomorrow/8th/22nd (from £4.99 <bargain> ) they show quite a few Classics . I went to see Mama Mia with DD , she;s watched it a million times but not in the big screen before .

You'd think it was a Christmas film or something............ wanders off , muttering under breath
