Miniland, you can get them lots of places inc Amazon. They sell them in all different ethnicities.

I second Miniland. We love ours. They are a bit on the pricey side but worth it IMO and they come in cardboard packaging.

I remember being 7 or 8 years old and asking for the real looking dolls from argos because the had dolls that were anatomically correct doll. I wanted a doll that looked as real as possible 😁.

My DS wanted a baby doll that was anatomically correct and relatable for him, found it on Amazon pretty easily.

this would of been about 20 years ago ,so not sure if he’s still in production

I had a tiny tears, she used to wee and cry from memory.

My daughter has a Baby Born boy doll. Reasonably priced compared to some. He can feed, wee and be bathed. Lots of nice accessories to go with him as well if you want to buy extras.

I'm afraid that a previous poster is correct op, not all babies with a willy will be a boy, they might be pangender or whatever.
On a serious note, back on planet earth where we live in reality. A baby born doll should do the trick and they usually come with accessories. I would recommend extra outfits though and a multipack of doll nappies.

I remember my 8th birthday - I chose a doll in a blue romper suit and was bitterly disappointed when I got home and found it was anatomically lacking. My Mum said they probably did this to stop a small child pulling the penis off!

Decades ago a friend gave a 2nd hand baby boy doll to a dd - it came in useful many years later when Gdd1, still under 2, had a new baby brother.

One day it would be nice to see a post on MN that doesnt somehow end up about trans.
