I had a load of these when I childminded:

They come in black or white and girl or boy. They fit into preemie clothes too so it's not too difficult to find them clothes.

Decades ago a friend gave a 2nd hand baby boy doll to a dd - it came in useful many years later when Gdd1, still under 2, had a new baby brother.

We needed a new doll for tracheostomy teaching. My manger insisted that it had to be a black doll, " with a little tinkle" as she had always wanted one when she was little. 🙄🙄🤣🤣 She found one!

My DD had quite a few baby dolls from Toys R Us a few years ago. They all had vulvas.

I thought anatomically correct baby dolls were more common than not now.
