I really don't like the band aid one, I get that it's for charity but it just grates on me and although the message of charity is done with good intentions it just seems a bit white saviour-ish

I don't know that I have a top favourite, I like most of the others I've heard - at the moment it's probably the ed/Elton one.

I'm making a playlist for Christmas day so interested to hear others favourites, I might find some I've forgotten about!

Love so many! Especially Bing & Bowie, rocking around the Christmas tree, feliz navidad, underneath the tree, Holly Holly Christmas, song of the bells. Driving home for Christmas gives me the festive feels.

love The Carpenters but cannot stand that Merry Christmas Darling song. Also Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time

I love most Christmas songs (with a few exceptions). I particularly like the Phil Spector album and Emmy the Great and Tim Wheeler’s Christmas album has become a favourite in recent years - it’s nearly all new songs but they’re so singable and catchy. I like Bob Dylan’s Christmas album too. But I like nearly everything really, big fan of most carols, love most of the cheesy 70s and 80s hits, love most of the earlier big band stuff. Currently singing Mele Kalikimaka all the time.

I love in Dulce jubilo and step into Christmas, I absolutely cannot bear fairytale of New York , it seems to drone on and on .

I don't have a favourite but I'd like them to delete A Spaceman Came Travelling from every format there is.

Fave: Last Christmas, Merry Christmas, Darling and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas (Judy Garland's version)

Least: That god awful Christmas Shoes song (more relevant to the US) and anything by the Jackson 5, particularly I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus. I also really hate Feliz Navidad.

Love: Fairy Tale of New York, Mary’s Boy Child - Boney M, Carol of the Bells, Feliz Navidad.

Hate: anything by Cliff Richard, Driving Home for Christmas.

My absolute favourite is Kelly Clarkson Underneath the tree 🌲 💕

Sleigh ride..Ronettes - when it's playing in the shops and it has that key change on ' Ding a ling a ling a ling DONG DING' it always makes me feel a bit hysterical.

I love War is Over and Stop the Cavalry and Fairytale of New York and Last Christmas. I enjoy a bit of pathos and dirge though.

Also love Christmas (W)rapping and I Believe in Father Christmas.

There's not many Christmas songs I actively dislike, they all cheer me up.

Worse …All I want for Christmas - miraha — singing makes my teeth sore.
