Is anyone else waiting on a Neom order? Ordered 16th November and not here. When email customer service just get a generic ‘it will turn up response’. They appear to have turned phone lines off when I ring and Twitter also appears not to be active. Have had far worse customer service from them than any smaller sellers!

Does anyone have any Lakeland vouchers they could PM? Looking to get MIL a heated throw and in my haste to tidy the house before Christmas I threw my vouchers away by accident.

If anyone's waiting on gin, I emailed and got a response 2 days later to say they were all dispatched a while back but due to RM strikes there's significant delay. True to their word just got a tracking notification to say its arriving today but tracking says received by RM on the 8th Dec so clearly some delay in getting things through the system. Now just need it to actually turn up this morning!

I am still waiting for a delivery via RM for something ordered on the 11th November. RM tracking just says that are waiting to receive it. I have now asked for a refund as totally fed up.

@TheSoddingCat I recommend Rhino Hero, it’s not written to be cooperative, but it’s not such an obvious win/lose as board games can be, you have to build a tower of cards and move the rhino up.

Anyone know where “Jubilee” sorting office is? Cos they’ve had 1 of the parcels for a week 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t neeeeed them for Christmas, but they’re gifts and if they don’t arrive by next Thursday, it’s been a total waste of money!!

So the Jubilee mail centre is near Heathrow. Hoping it all gets shifted and delivered to anyone also waiting 🙏

I think it’s one of the main ones for London/surrounding before it goes to your local one. I’ve seen photos in previous years, can’t even imagine the huge amount of extra parcels they must have built up with all the strikes 🫣

Yeah, my fb4u parcel arrived today after the initial tracking on the 21st November. Not sure if anyone else is still waiting. Pleased with the quality. All my parcels have now arrived apart from the smashed grapes.

For anyone waiting on parcels from royal mail, it might be worth asking in your local delivery office. I was waiting for something in November and they had had it for around 2 weeks but couldnt get it delivered as they were short staffed. This was a standard 2nd Class, they are prioritising the tracked 24 and 48 parcels. They were happy to go check when I asked them.
