I ordered one a month ago and have had no replies at all, worryingly the fb link has gone down and the only outlet which allows replies - the instagram seems to have several replies saying missing orders.

2 DEC Shipping notice that has tracking number that cannot be tracked sent.
10 DEC requested PayPal refund.
16 DEC Still no delivery and tracking info still doesn't work but smashed grapes have contacted PayPal to update on the said same tracking detail that again still doesn't work.

Just want my money back and to never hear from them again.

I've had no acknowledgement of my refund request either direct or via PayPal. The only communication I've had is an email yesterday telling me it was the last day to order a physical voucher 🤬

Had a look and ours is the 7000 series one but looks like those and 8000 series are the biggest.

Jamie Taylor Art posted ages ago that they were closing - the guy has been suffering really badly with his mental health I believe so they were selling through stock before they closed. It's just him and his girlfriend/wife so she has taken on whatever bits but think they are probably over run.

Hubby has been to sorting office to pick a parcel up he was carded for yesterday. Whilst there they gave hm my vodafone cookie which is now in the oven as it wasn't baked fully. They also asked him if he wanted to collect his post whilst he was there - so seems you might be able to go and ask the sorting office if they have anything for you

Silly question but assume no ones seen any Wednesday merch in actual shops or places I could get it before Christmas. Maybe too quick
