Stockings are done too apart from a couple of edible bits.

@meowzeer Right from 3yo I said you can ask FC for “three wishes” (usually one big, a couple of small ones), so we’ve never had huge lists. But we’ve always had a sit-down discussion about what those three things would be and the things they ultimately de-prioritised were then ideas for friends and family to buy them. They’ve always accepted that this was a happy coincidence!

Now they are pre/teen and more understanding of the..ahem… Christmas situation, they want and need more expensive tech items, shopping vouchers etc, so it’s probably going to be a bit different this year.

I will still get them to write out their three wishes to FC though!

I meant to say above that limiting them to three wishes meant they only ever had about 5 ideas anyway, so it was never excessive demands.
