I had a doll like that in 1950sWales.

When my mother moved out of the family home after my dad died she got rid of Rosemary, Angela and my beloved Mary, pictures here with me aged 4 years old)
Also my tin bungalow and the stove that actually worked on methylated spirit. There was he like it on Repair Shop.
My hand made dolls house and furniture.

Thank goodness I had taken Ted (on the right in photo) to university with me.💖

I have exactly the same teddy as the one on the left. It's a chad valley I think. My father bought it for me the day I was born, 1961.
Mine is looking a bit thread bare now, but still sits on my bed.

Just in case any of you were worrying that your table legs aren't Christmassy enough.
