@triplechoc what a find. Thank you

Perpetuallypregnant123 · 10/10/2022 19:04

Thanks for the new thread.
Almost done in the shopping for Christmas now - will be keeping an eye out for stocking fillers for the in laws as they are staying this Christmas

AlternativelyWired · 10/10/2022 19:10

Prime deals starts tonight at midnight.

AlternativelyWired · 10/10/2022 19:13

I've really got to dial it back this year. Ds wants a scooter that's dropped to £85 on Amazon from £99. I don't know if it will drop more on Amazon when midnight strikes.

Dd2 wants clothes/money

Dd1 who knows. New attitude perhaps.

This sticker site has been recommended in past also and we've loved the labels

It's the same price on The Entertainer website and I think you can get 10% off there is you have a blue light card.

Ehunt1 · 10/10/2022 20:18

does anyone have a Disney store discount code? Need to place another order and I hate paying without at least some sort of discount.

Flippityjibbits · 10/10/2022 20:23

Sorry if it's already been shared but Sainsbury's have a half price toy sale starting from this Wednesday til the 18th

Picklesbaby · 10/10/2022 20:24

@PlainJaneSuperBrain99 I got 24 Christmas name stickers from I think “milliesshed” on Etsy for £2.59 . They’re not overly big but very cute and good quality

Ewock · 10/10/2022 20:27

I bought this in Clinton's today with 50% off so £27.50. A good price if you like Yankee

Thanks for all the sticker suggestions, have ordered now. Should make the arduous wrapping process a bit quicker.

cooolio · 10/10/2022 20:34

These are the ones I got

Etsy have a good range of Hull related gifts, especially prints and postcards.

The Hull alphabet is nice but not sure how old DF is, may not be his cup of tea.

I've seen a lovely art print of the old boothferry park ground.

Lots of Hull city stuff on Etsy and eBay.

Maybe a nice old printed map in a frame? Could be done cheaply if you shop around for frame.

Pheefifofuckthisshit · 10/10/2022 20:53

I got the Little Fawn boxes for a while when DS2 was small. The contents were always well worth the money. Lovely quality items and brands. He still plays with some of the books and toys he got in them and I always enjoyed the bits for me too.

Magn · 10/10/2022 21:27

@Yalz also got charged for the little fawn boxes shipping, they said it's not free postage if you're ordering in the sale. I thought the boxes were ok but better for a first baby as otherwise you've likely got loads already

sittingonacornflake · 10/10/2022 21:44

@Pheefifofuckthisshit I went looking for the alphabet and stumbled across an amazing print of various hull city chants and songs which looks perfect! So I've ordered that and I'll put it in a nice frame. Thank you! Love this thread sometimes, I never would have thought of Etsy. Thank you all.

Yalz · 10/10/2022 21:51

Thank you @Magn

Yalz · 10/10/2022 21:54

and thanks to @Pheefifofuckthisshit , too.

I’m well past the baby stage, so was just thinking of the Pamper and Beauty boxes.

£2.99 isn’t a lot for postage, it probably costs them that, or more with extra packaging.

AlbertCampion · 10/10/2022 21:56

Hello! Coming back to these threads for the first time this year - thank you so much Reastie for organising.

Quick question: has anyone seen any deals on Ninja Dual air fryers, pls?

Pheefifofuckthisshit · 10/10/2022 22:08

Glad to be a help @sittingonacornflake

@yalz I've just succumbed to an order myself. Went for one beauty and one pamper box, and some sale bargain items too. 🙂 You're right about the postage. It is reasonable considering the cost to them definitely.

That's what I got - a pamper box, a beauty box m, a baby box and randomly a scrunch spade because it looked good 🤣

thaegumathteth · 10/10/2022 22:49

Thanks for the new thread @Reastie

I'm hoping Amazon deals might include air pods but we'll see. Personally I don't see the point but ds has asked for them for his birthday and he never really asks for much.
