I’ve emailed WHSmith to complain, I know it won’t change anything but I’d love for them to explain how it makes sense to cancel so many orders for using a 20% voucher by issuing 10% vouchers. On my order it would save them £5 but I won’t order from them again, I’d rather use amazon instead now.

If anyone has Sonic the Hedgehog fans, I've just bought this 3 pack of figures from Sainsburys for £12 - it's still £24.99 in Smyths.

Finally got through to WH Smith and I’ve been told that it was due to a large run on Pokemon cards using the code and combining it with student discount of 10% for an additional stack - I pointed out I had used it in good faith for what its terms were and hadn’t stacked and I was given a code to use - haven’t used yet to set how much it’s for - will wait for refund first

I’m surprised by WHSmith cancelling orders as last year I think there was a 20% code which stacked with another code so lots of us placed orders and they weren’t cancelled.

Anyone else get a cancellation for the Hotel Chocolat hampers, citing the price being incorrect?

Am annoyed as I thought I got two gifts sorted!

I didn't purchase pokemon cards nor did I use a student discount. I won't be using the 10% discount so I'm happy to post it on here once I receive it. I only ordered 3 kids books so I can pick them up elsewhere at a similar price

That’s really odd considering they just put the deal back on!

I was a little annoyed on Sunday because I had just done a WHSmith order but using 10% off blue light discount. It’s being honoured but my blue light discount now no longer works.
