It may be the vtech kiddizoom studio camera? It comes with a green screen to add effects and I'm sure dinosaur is one of them but not 100% certain

Oh good Lordy. So much to catch up on! It’s been a rough week….dd got appendicitis then dp got covid and was in hospital for a few days and now I have covid, mums at the hospital with dd and dp and I are sipping restorative soup in bed while dmil rushes after us. And ddog was ill.
