@mummymilkfloat thanks for the crinkly newspaper headsup, never heard of them before but they look brilliant! Just ordered one for my little boy

paintyhands · 18/09/2022 12:38

Bargain child’s onesie on Amazon - think the age 8 will be too small for my tall 7 year old but might be good for someone.

Thanks for this. I got a couple of bargain Harley dressing gowns in this buffalo plaid style last year or the year before and they were lovely quality

Wallaroo21 · 18/09/2022 12:41

It’s work checking your local Tesco for reduced garden toys for next year I managed to get a 6ft pool, splash pad & bubble machine for less than £15 today

NoDairyNoProblem · 18/09/2022 12:51

@Dreamqueen that’s a lovely thing to do.

Sainsburys have SMASH travel coffee cups down to £6.60 in my local store. I got a few for stocking fillers.

NoDairyNoProblem · 18/09/2022 12:54

It was this one.. still £10 in Argos (ironically within sainsburys!)

Some amazing bargains which I am very grateful for. I am struggling with long covid, in order to keep working trips to the shops are having to be very short. So I really am thankful for the bargains you post

NeedMoreTea · 18/09/2022 13:26

@BuffyFairy Thanks for the Caleno taster pack, that's a good small gift for DH.

Someone was asking about coffee - we use Moresso coffee - they're a local small business, family owned. I got DH a trial pack to begin for Father's Day as I wasn't sure what he'd like, now it's permanently on his b'day and Xmas lists. They do a discount for first orders as well.

NeedMoreTea · 18/09/2022 13:28

I don't work for them.

Roundthebend45 · 18/09/2022 13:47

Anyone looking for ribbons, Crafty Ribbons are really good. They have a Christmas sale on with some ribbons and including little embroidery kits www.craftyribbons.com/christmas_sale/185/Category.aspx

They also have a huge range of Christmas and other ribbons/buttons etc that are not in the sale. www.craftyribbons.com/christmas_shop/100/Category.aspx

Omg! Sorry for the horrendous link! My first time and a fail! Please can someone tell me how I should do it. Hope it's useful for someone! X

Howarewenotthereyet · 18/09/2022 14:20

@nov1ce when you are posting click the icon under the bottom of the box that looks like a chain. You can put your link in there and a word to click on to access the link.

If you want to make the link neat then it’s a double square bracket like this then put the link in, then one space and the name of the website or the thing you are linking, so Hoodie or Debenhams Hoodie Here, etc. then just closed the brackets thus. Check it in preview and what should show up is just the name you’ve given it, click on it to make double sure it’s linked correctly and then hit post.

Guess who didn’t preview her message before posting!

I can highly recommend Rave coffee, it’s a small business and their coffee is delicious. Buy as close to Christmas as possible, as freshly roasted is best (they roast to order).

I have a referral code, for £5 off each, which I will put on the referral thread. You also get 15% off your first order of you sign up to their newsletter.

beccarooney · 18/09/2022 14:31

Thanks so much for all the bargains posted so far - I've had a very enjoyable couple of evenings catching up on the earlier threads :) I've just been down a bit of a rabbit hole with the National Trust shop - lots of really nice things on there at the moment. I bought some fancy vierno bird feeders £10 each, silk daisy chain sets £4, finch notecards (20 for £7), Small Kinds set of 3 soaps for £10, fancy recycled fatball feeder £3.50, Stonehenge and Avebury walking challenge pack £10 (for 8 walks, map cover and a hot drink voucher).

Other really nice things I considered but don't need were: Chocolate lolly making kit £15, squirrel wish bracelet £7, blossom charm wish bracelet £8 (earrings and necklace also available), huckleberry motor boat kit £10, mini flower press £6 half price Weaver Green cushion £24, Colouring book of cards and envelopes Nature £9.99; Fair Isle Gloves £20, Lydford Gorge Leaves cotton bag £15.

Free P&P over £50. I found a working discount code of WELCOME10, 10% discount orders over £50) and Topcashback is available
Alternatively if you join as an individual member (seems to be £76.80) you can get a voucher for £15 off in the shop - I did this last year.

MissingMo · 18/09/2022 14:40

Not especially barginous but M&S have their musical and light up tins back. The also had the festive toilet and kitchen paper and the light up gin. Looked the same design as last year mind.

Is there any codes for onlinehomeshop? Can't seem to find any and I begrudge spending £60 on polyester teddy tat

beccarooney · 18/09/2022 15:58

Also was there a discount code for Just My Look please? Thanks
