I found some Christmas earrings (£1.50) and tinsel coloured scrunchies (£1.75) in New Look today, much to my delight! Also got some great stuff in The Works art half price sale for my art mad dd1. Big canvases are great for padding out her presents (her younger siblings seem to get much bigger presents usually).

The Works had Christmas craft stuff in store too.

I am waiting for 2 things that are on the shop app, pne is coming with homes and then this other order. Those ordering oodie sleep tees for gifts - check they are the correct ones in the package before putting up/wrapping. I was sent an incorrect one and hadn't checked before gifting (for a birthday) so they are now stuck with a random one. Not the end of the world but annoying for the price.

@mummyof2boys30 Disney store princess dresses are nicer but for the price difference you’re better going to Sainsburys. Mine have never noticed a difference and the Disney store ones haven’t had any more wear despite having more layers and being more princess like.
Do check TK Maxx, the biggest most frou frou one was from there.

Not Christmas but DH has his birthday soon and he'd like some decent wellies that are a bit shorter than the usual ones and comfier than his cheapie basic green ones. I have some hunter ones but they're expensive! Any ideas? I remember a site being recommended last year but was already sorted for him so didn't buy any.

Joules have a range called wellibob, the come above the ankle. Great for the school run in rubbish weather as its not too obvious that they're wellies!! I'm not sure if they sell mens ones though but worth a check?
