Picked up my Holland and Barrett order. The Mia Roma boxes are sadly battered, I'll take the items out and put them into gift bags instead.
Also the oils were missing, called up and they are out of stock but will send them out once back in stock. Unfortunately no email to inform me of this. Actually no email to let me know my order was ready to collect, I called in on the off chance and the assistant said there's been problems with orders.
So, double check your Holland Barrett orders when they arrive!

Happened here too no despatch email went in on the off chance and it was there but all items were great good bargains!!

Just a heads up re the gorgeous wildflower workbook: I'm watching a YouTube video of a flick-through & one of the first pages mentioned being in the arms of your lover - if been thinking it might make a nice gift for a 9/10/11yr old 🤣

Also didn't have an email from H&B. Went in today hoping my parcel would be there. It was, but it was also a suspiciously small box so I asked the staff to open it. Only 2 of 8 items inside. No communication from H&B and the staff checked my order in store on their system and also had no insight as to when, or if, the other items would be despatched. I've been charged the full amount though so hoping the other items do come 🤞🏼
