How long do bath bombs/fizzers type things last do we think? I got some in the Next sale. Have arrived today and look quite nice. Am thinking I might need to use it myself if unlikely to last until December...!

I bought a load early last year they kept till December but you could always test them out 🙈

Argos easter up to half price toy sale has started, and some things are selling quickly. Lots there from arts and crafts, outdoor toys and pool to branded toys like Barbie, kinetic sand etc.

@Mrsfussypants1 thanks for the Argos heads up. Some amazing bargains on playdoh, a marble art set and Melissa & Doug items. The Melissa and Doug latches board is down to £10. That is a steal.

The melissa and doug latches board is fab, as is the m&d wooden carry along garage down to £11, our granddaughter (almost 6) has just passed it on to a neighbour, it fits hotwheels sized cars, she used to take it everywhere. Some food craft sets by chad valley like the mosiac art set down to £5.50 and the light up tracing board £7.50 which are current hits, I may have bought a couple for the birthday party cupboard.

I ended up with the positive vibes scrap book & rock painting set for my 8yo dd & a playdoh set. I was tempted by a couple of other bits but stayed strong

Not christmassy at all but my local Asda had branded suncream heavily reduced.

Thank you for the Argos tip off. I've bought the Chad Valley pushchair for £4.50 and the Chad Valley Interactive Isabella Doll for £8.50. I resisted anything else. Chuffed that I've got a toy pushchair and doll for £13. Will have to resist giving it to DD1 before Christmas now. She'll be 2 and 10 months at Christmas so perfect age for them I think.

Argos clearance childs Revere sterling silver unicorn necklace down to £7.50, comes in a proper necklace box too. Has 18 5* reviews. Just picked mine up and it's lovely quality, great details and makes a lively gift. Chuffed with mine, just need to get a nice jewelry box to go with it.

Just to note, the unicorn is small, beautiful but small so I'd say for the 5-12 age group.
