When I added the Neom pod on the Look Fantastic website, it automatically added the free candle for spending over £70 on Neom products. I was logged in if that helps.

I'll have a look next time I am in @LovelyBitOfSquirrelInTheWirral bit I think they may have supply problems. I'm hunting something too but the section it should be in has had mostly empty shelves for weeks now.

I definitely didn't get that @bigchanges1 . Just a "free" cooking subscription or digital magazine here!

Thank you. Like others, I just get the free magazine or cooking subscription too, so the candle is obviously limited to certain customers. I tried both the website and the app. I really don't like it when businesses do that. I wouldn't buy it now knowing that someone else got a much better deal!

I ordered the diffuser last night I’m such a sheep seemed too good to pass on though especially with the free candle
I ordered on the app and it was automatically applied at checkout

If anyone else is wondering about the neom diffuser and free candle. I messaged Look Fantastic and they've told me that the free candle offer is no longer available. Although it was never an option for me at checkout either via the website or app anyway

I was scared they were going to go so I ordered 🤣 I got a free beauty box for spending over £100 so I added a few extra bits (and used the 5% code!)

Even with candlegate I’m still happy I got a diffuser. It’s lovely. Also my JL decanter just arrived. Looks decent.

I don’t suppose anyone will be visiting their local B&M this week?
I’m on the hunt for this Rainbow storage ottoman but I’m not sure if I’ve missed the boat 😔
I’m looking for as many as possible because they will be perfect for DC’s and friends children.
They don’t have any in Gloucester or Cheltenham sadly.
