I’ve finally Blush updated the referral thread link in the post.

Wonder if this thread will get us to Christmas now we’re getting closer to being done.

Just wanted to say a huge HAPPY CHRISTMAS to everyone on here. Thank you for posting all your links and sharing codes etc; it’s made Christmas so much easier for so many people and I know I’ll be thinking of you all on Christmas Day.

@Famousthehero thank you for your suggestions, unfortunately he doesn't drink tea or coffee which rules out a few. Hamper sounds good but I don't know what he does eat unfortunately

@dancemom or if he doesn’t take himself too seriously then a fake oodie with maybe some other cosy bits (big mug?) would be a nice/useful thing to receive

Think I'm about done. I've had a lot going on this year, my mum is dying of brain cancer & it's been all consuming trying to work & be there & do a bit of parenting with struggling dc. Glad of a little bit of downtime.

I'll miss checking in on these threads & hope everyone has a peaceful and happy Christmas 💐

A fidget popper/spinner (I love my daughters!) or a similar desk toy
Some funny xmas socks
Nice biscuits or chocs - if you have a nice farm shop maybe get some bits together..
A book to read on the loo!
Men are hard to buy for at the best of times lol!!
Or if he’s into fitness you could get some resistance bands, gym towels, nice drink bottle…

I’m so happy! Incredulously, my 15 Dec Joules order has just arrived (I’ve honestly had so much luck with deliveries and couriers this year that feel slightly guilty..) so I can safely chuck away my beautiful replacement drawings 😂 and put Joules items in boxes. Everything is wrapped - it’ll be usual stressful madness to find all presents stored away in all unlikely places - and I’m just waiting for one last parcel. A quirky, beautiful Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle that I discovered last night. Meant to stop getting puzzles as we’ve accumulated piles over the years. But it’s a Christmas tradition of ours and I gave in. Made me instantly happy.

Thanks so much to @VividImaginationAgain for the Vera Tucci recommendation.

I have just nabbed some lovely sale items for January birthdays from Vera Tucci. Never heard of them before but would advise you all to look. Gorgeous gloves and scarves and bags with massive discounts. P&P is £6.50 and doesn't specify delivery times but they are a UK company so hopefully not too long. Doubtful anything will arrive before Christmas though if that's what you're after.

Some stuff with good reductions in the Entertainer - just got the drawing game CATS for £4 or £5. Looks like a much more expensive gift. It’s now a gift to the kids from the cat.

I can highly recommend Greene King brewery customer service, ordered some beer and beer glasses and 2 of the glasses were wrong, sent them an email asking if they could replace the wrong glasses, they resent my whole order again! They responded on Monday and it was delivered today. Dh is very happy with his double beer order.

In a similar vein, I want to shout out to Bamboo Clothing, as I got a hole in a pair of (15 month old) leggings. I emailed to ask if there was a particular way to repair them rather than just normal seeing cotton, which would've looked a bit rubbish, and they've emailed back (initially asking for a photo of the hole) to say they're sending a new pair to me! Amazing service!

It's given me Christmas cheer! Xmas Grin

If anyone is looking for squishmallows I've just done my Christmas food shopping in Morrisons and they're selling off their festive ones. They're much bigger than the Aldi ones and reduced to £6. I spotted Santa, a snowman and possibly a penguin. Just in case anyone is still looking and is feeling brave....

Flying Tiger has been very odd hasn't it. Like someone mentioned, it's disastrous website launch in lockdown and now all this trouble with orders. I emailed them after seeing some of your responses and they've also refunded my whole order and said to keep it when it arrives. Therefore I've ordered similar on Amazon for the missed Xmas presents and I'm going to end up with free stuff on the other bits I'd ordered 🤔
