Title because the last one’s nearly used up and I haven’t got time to do my usual picking of a title, sorry.

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Marmitestargem44 · 10/12/2021 14:03

Does anyone have a code for Papier please?

CarrotCarrotCucumber · 10/12/2021 14:05

@Marmitestargem44 there are lots on the referral thread, if that would help.

I would like a few extra wee bits for my dad. Does anyone know where I could get a nice box of milk chocolate covered Brazil nuts? Asda/Tesco both do assortments but he doesn’t like dark chocolate.

My other idea is midget gem sweets - he used to get those years ago when I was little weighed out in the shop from a bottle! Only the soft ones though.
Can’t really think of anything else.

tabbycat985 · 10/12/2021 14:27

Fisher Price Mixing Bowl is the lowest I've ever seen it, £12!

I bought some dark chocolate brazil nuts from here - they do milk chocolate ones too

Ludlow Nut Company

The pot is quite dinky but really nice, they also do selection boxes but they are a mix of milk and dark chocolate.

nicky2512 · 10/12/2021 14:41

@Martinisarebetterdirty and @newroundhere
Thank you both. No Waitrose here unfortunately (I’m in Northern Ireland) but will try the other idea.

Feelingpoorlysick · 10/12/2021 14:53

Does anyone have a h&m code please?

triplechoc · 10/12/2021 15:10

@nicky2512 M&S do amazing milk chocolate brazils.

PatriotCanes · 10/12/2021 15:11

nicky2512 could you try one of the pick n mix or quarter of sweets sites?

I'm looking for some bargain shower steamers - any recommendations?

sorryiasked · 10/12/2021 15:20

@RainbowPhilosophy
Sock shop and dedoles have both been advertising 5 pairs of funky socks for £10 ish.
Or try mountain warehouse etc for gloves, hats, scarfs, torch, key fob.
Car stuff eg de-icer, air freshers
Superdrug had 4 or 5 mini scent packs.
The Works have loads of quirky books for £2/£3. And notebooks, pens etc

Ohdofuckoffcovid · 10/12/2021 15:20

Hey everyone, stuck for ideas for my 20 year old dd, shes at uni, party loving, gym bunny!! Ideas please x

SapereAude · 10/12/2021 15:21

Fossil order arrived, fab stuff. Really nice and in cute tins.
Am filling in my customs form for M&S (which is confusing as they have an EU hub) as I decided to buy myself some leather gloves. I now have to promise that I'm not importing stuffed cats or dogs. Hmm #worldgonemad. I've bought leather bags and shoes since Brexit and not had to do this. Hey ho.
Not waiting on much now tbh, as have an unexpected couple of days off as a kid tested positive so we've all had to go and get a test today. Popped my LFT cherry. Xmas Shock

EverybodyKeepCool · 10/12/2021 15:24

@Justyou so sorry but the cat had gone Xmas Sad Costco have super giant ones for £30 though, including yoda ones

ProseccoandPizza · 10/12/2021 15:29

@PatriotCanes I’ve seen some bubble T shower steamers in my local home bargains. £1.49 each or a gift set of 3 for £3.99 I think.

nicky2512 · 10/12/2021 15:40

Thanks @triplechoc and @PatriotCanes

SapereAude · 10/12/2021 15:45

@Jacopone

I’m tempted to buy a perfume from Notino, but I’ve never heard of them. Is it a genuine site ? Selling genuine products? Have reservations, as their prices are really lower then Boots, department stores etc. Shall I risk it?
Yes, it's fine. I had an order from them last week and often use them. You could also try Allbeauty which is also genuine.
PinkDaydreams · 10/12/2021 15:47

Final present, I'm after a square wall calendar for DH. I sound horrible but can't be bothered doing a photo one Blush I'm after a funny one if possible or an animal one.
I started a thread the other week but ones suggested (kim Jong un, mullets, goats in trees) aren't quite what I'm looking for.
Please help!!

Flubadubba · 10/12/2021 15:49

@WotgunShedding

I need around 30 books, less than £1 each, and would usually go to the book people for their multipacks of mr men etc but I’m stuck! Anyone have any ideas of where I can get something similar?
Would this work? Little Miss: My Complete Collection Box Set: All 36 Little Miss books in one fantastic collection amazon.co.uk/dp/0755501888/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_DWQQFEFEPAJNEK4QVBYJ]]

Thanks anyway- now off to track down someone with a Costco card Grin

boobybum · 10/12/2021 16:05

@PinkDaydreams There are lots of cheap square wall calendars at The Works.

SapereAude · 10/12/2021 16:08

@sycamorescrumptious

Please can anyone recommend a suitable teenager perfume? Fairly sweet and under £25 if possible!
Zara or H&M do great perfumes. They also do taster sets. I've bought them for DD who loves trying different ones.
PatriotCanes · 10/12/2021 16:12

I've found some on ebay 8 for £7 which is a bargain and also means I don't have to brave HB again.

I can confirm Costco has the large Squishmallows and also apparently the massive Teddy bear is in. The Tesco penguin one is available in my food shop atm.

SapereAude · 10/12/2021 16:13

Holland and Barrett chocolate Brazils are very good. I got some on Buy one get one half price recently.
