What are you getting your 14 year old ds for Xmas?

We’ve had a rough time of it and ds has just got more and more into his computer. Doesn’t seem to do anything else! He’s asked for extra ram and a giant Jaffa cake tube. Any ideas at all?! Help! And if anyone can recommend anything to get him off computer, that’s be brilliant 🤩

Same here, ds13 has been asking for a gaming laptop for 3 years, got him one this year on a very good offer. He used to like Lego and such but literally games 24/7. I’ve got his bday 11 days later and he’s having a phone (contract was ready for upgrade) and a hotel chocolat velvetiser. It’s getting harder and harder every year.

DS (15) is getting a lego... something. Millennium Falcon maybe. But it's what he asked for. He's lego mad.

Mine has asked for a new keyboard (for gaming pc), cash and double deckers. Have also bought slipper boots, deodorant and more chocolate - not very inspired im afraid!

Mine has his birthday between Xmas and NY so doubly challenging! He got a new phone as his old one (which was my old one) died. So that’s basically his birthday present done. He’s mostly asked for clothes - has suddenly got into labels which he never bothered about before. A couple of PlayStation games and a new controller. And he’ll get a voucher so he can buy some new trainers that are cool rather than functional.

We’ve got DS 14 a gaming PC and he will get a football shirt, non branded EarPods and a fitness tracker from family.
He asked for a mini fridge but I’m not keen on snacks in rooms (might keep this for next year if I get desperate for ideas!) This is the first year I haven’t brought Lego for him, although if we hadn’t brought the PC I could think of a couple of sets he would probably like (ghostbusters car and the marvel heads specifically) we also considered tickets to a show in London such as the back to the future musical.
For his stocking I’ve brought shower gel set, a portable power bank, American candy, rubiks cube, new wallet, and I was thinking about adding in some of the tile trackers from Amazon as he is forever losing his keys in the house! Stocking fillers is what I’ve found the hardest!

DS (13) is getting a gaming keyboard, bluetooth speaker, led strip lights, books, and a t-shirt with a joke he'll like.

For his recent birthday he had a big fluffy dressing gown, retro Casio digital watch, framed poster for his room, throw throw burrito game and a track atlas of the UK railway system (a bit niche, that one!).
