Thanks @TimeForTheChristmasTree for the title, although so many options to pick for this one!

Any suggestions for a mid- high range backpack for DS. Must be hard wearing. Been looking at Barbour waved cotton but only spending around £70. Thanks!

I got DS a Northface and it's been brilliant. He's on his 2nd year of using it for school - DS17 so heavy books and loads of kit using it everyday and it still looks almost new. Think I paid £65- well worth it.
lancslass17 · 04/12/2021 16:29

@SapereAude trains or dinosaurs

awishes · 04/12/2021 16:31

@Puffalicious, good idea, thank you, will look now.

Welcometothejingles · 04/12/2021 16:32

The Daily fail had a £10 off voucher for purchases over £60 at Waitrose.

BunnyBerries · 04/12/2021 16:44

@SapereAude

Having thought I was almost finished I've just remembered a 2 year old boy. What are 2 year old boys into? For about £20? He turned 2 in September. I've never met him. And it's been a very long time since I had a 2 year old. I suppose I could go for clothes...
Biiiiiiig hit for that age and older here, perfect for small world play. (Great detail and mouth moves and can chomp!) Big for a model but still small to not take up much room.

Any idea where I could get cotton jersey petite length pyjamas? I get them every year from M&S for my DM but they don’t seem to have them this year.

GaslighterDenier · 04/12/2021 16:48

I can only get 40% off craft gin club. Not down to £16. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

BunnyBerries · 04/12/2021 16:49

@Helssjbells sorry to say but on Checknow.co.uk it can't seem to find it in any stores and as it isn't listed on main Argos site, it may be an old listing on eBay (they can take a while to take down the older C&C ones). You could double check by phoning Argos to check on their internal system?

nearlywed21 · 04/12/2021 17:17

Anyone have an argos discount code please?

SapereAude · 04/12/2021 17:25

@Flubadubba
Excellent! His Grandad (my cousin) actually looks like Mr Tumble Grin so I'll go in that direction! Thank you!

Iknowitisheresomewhere · 04/12/2021 17:26

dottycats · 04/12/2021 17:27

Lavazza Milk Frother is down to £39 at John Lewis

CatOfTheLand · 04/12/2021 17:33

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads

I think I may actually be done! Just bagging my hampers to make them look a bit more gift like.

Oh I need to go to B&M in the hope they still have the dog bandanas with letters on as I have misplaced one of the 4 I purchased Hmm

It wasn't a 'h' was it? Because our local charity shop has one brand new in pack for pennies if you want me to buy and post it (someone donated an entire box full. Love to know the back story there!!)
Annie1290 · 04/12/2021 17:34

Any bright ideas for some sort of chocolate dipping set or similar - cheaper than the hotel chocolat version but a bit posher than the b&m version?! Was there some sort of marshmallow toasting set last year?

Lovemusic33 · 04/12/2021 17:40

Amazon

RJnomore1 · 04/12/2021 17:45

Can anyone remember a few threads back a website was doing a free lip kit (gloss and liner) for postage? I ordered it and a few other things, they had end of line cosmetics basically so branded nail varnish around the L’Oréal type price point for £1.25, that sort of thing?

I can’t remember the name and just realised it’s not arrived yet, wanted to check where it’s at.

IDontDrinkTea · 04/12/2021 18:00

Are there any WH Smith codes around please?

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 04/12/2021 18:01
