How much do you spend on nieces nephews when you have a lot of them?

We have 8 nieces and nephews combined.
I’d love to splash out on all of them but can’t really afford to do that.

Spending £15-20 seems affordable just about but is that stingy?

We have 16, don't spend more than a tenner on any of them.
