A few people have asked me how they should thank the person who sent them something - can I suggest you post on here? Namechange if you want to remain anonymous, and remember that your donor won't know your MN name anyway - so maybe give some clues (ie "thank you for the lego and the chocolate")

I have recieved 2 parcels.

One containing a Baby Dior romper for baby Daniel and a wooden toy. Very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

The other contained 2 items for my DH for christmas (not saying what because he posts on here!), 2 little teddybears for Daniel and £10 M&S voucher -oh and a huge xmas pudding!

Thank you both so much, you really dont know how much this means to me, MNers are awesome!

From the 't' family (didn't want to put name in, just incase)
A lovely little notepad with pens and a disney princess bag for DD.

A huge thank you, both to the Mumsnetter who nomainted us after a difficult year, and the kind family (N,J,H and V in Yorkshire) who sent us a beautiful quilled card (which intrigued me as I ahve taught quilling before..... hmmm......) with such a generous voucher inside.

It has been a rough year and at times we've felt like our situation seems out of our control, however the kindness we received makes more of a difference than you will ever know.

Thats OK Flame - I think they were supposed to be the other way round, (i.e. the book for your dd, the ark for ds), but if they would prefer them this way round that's great by me, they are both fairly unisex gifts.

Harman - that came quickly then, I only sent it yesterday afternoon! I'm so glad you're pleased.

I didn't have details of your dc's so I hope your ds doesn't feel left out, the presents were for you. Of course, they do toys/gifts in Sainsburys too.

I really don't know how to say thankyou! Firstly to the wonderful mumsnetter who nominated me, I was shocked and secondly to the fantastic mumsnetter who sent me a wonderful parcel (will explain in a mo).

Bob DVD
Bob books
the full collection of Bob machines and figures - ds1 will be estatic
soft skittles
game
several wooden jigsaws
magnetic cars
at least 6 interactive big baby toys
and a little presse for me
and Christmas wrapping paper!

There really is a santa out there, I am in shock, it is even more special as I bought Bob toys off a mumsnetter in the summer and they never arrived. I was gutted. Its like my own special santa knew
