What's trendy these days? Looking for 13 YO DD. I know I could just ask but I don't want to. I want to surprise her with my coolness.

All the teenagers seem to wear Air Force 1s where I am, of that helps

Definitely white Air Force 1 you can get different coloured ticks and laces, or plain white, either are very fashionable where I live

My DD wears Nike Air Force 1s.

Ds is 13. He has Air Force ones for school, but last Xmas I got him air max 97. He's a big Nike fan

I remember when my dd wanted trainers that cost £90..those were the good old days..now she wants Alexander McQueen that are £390 😫😫 (not happening)

Dont buy the Alexander McQuuens. Dd's boyfriend bought her them when she graduated. Wore once. Ripped her feet to shreds. Now live in a box behind her bed.
I used to think £90 was extortionate but now DS16 is a size 10 and covets every pair of Nike trainers it seems like a bargain. Latest pair he wants are £160

What size is she op? Junior go upto a 5.5 and are like £60

Triple white Air Force 1s. Size 5 is definitely available in junior, so a good £40 cheaper. Devilishly difficult to get hold of, but keep going back to the same websites as they restock frequently. Good luck!

Jd sports seem to be out of stock but footlocker and foot asylum have them in that size

Black Air Force ones for school and white Air Max for play here. I remember buying my uni boyfriend a pair for Christmas a very long time ago so feel about 400 years old to now be buying them for my son.

Air Force 1s are a good choice; that's what DD1 and all her friends wear. Brightly coloured/neon laces that can be switched to match different outfits would be a good (and cheap!) extra to go with them.
