What is your work doing instead of traditional Xmas party?

I'm just wondering if anyone has decided what they are doing for their work Christmas party now that a traditional party can't happen.
I've been trying to come up with ideas.... but am failing

Not sure what DH is organising for his team yet though.

If the business can afford £20/30/50 on me, then i would 100% prefer cold hard cash to spend as we need as a thank you for this shit year.

Our Department party was organised by Sports and Social Club, and was subsidised tickets for S&SClub members but there was an entry fee for all.

Our Section lunch/night out (depending on the section) was always organised within the section, a meal out and afternoon off (well, usually still in restaurant or in a pub after that) - which we all paid for ourselves.

I have no idea what will happen this year, except I know that neither of those events will happen.

There is no possibility of a monetary bonus given our public sector role. And likely no other kind of gift either. Maybe there will be some kind of zoom call for pizza/drinks and a quiz or something....

any more ideas guys?

I'm local authority too so we normally pay for ourselves if we go out anyway. Absolutely nothing this year.
