Please recommend a light hearted easy read cosy winter/Christmassy book

I'm after a book:
-Has a winter/Christmas theme
-I'm usually into chick flicks or psychological suspense. I fancy something easy to read, nothing too heavy and that I can pick up easily once baby is asleep!
-Something cosy to escape to.

I did look up Nigel Slater's Christmas Chronicles but it's expensive to buy. I have just read Sophie Kinsella's Christmas Shopoholic which was an easy read. Any recommendations?

This thread has really got me excited to read Christmasy books! I'm just finishing the marathon that is The Stand by Stephen King and then I'll re read the two Christmas novels I have on my Kindle and hopefully squeeze a couple more in. I'll probably look at some of the ones suggested on here.
Just being nosy OP, but which one did you go for?

With love at Christmas, easy to read. A proper family Christmas, fairly easy to read. On strike for Christmas. Might even find some in the 3 for £5 deal at the works.

@Alldayeveryday200 my local WH Smith had Christmas Chronicles for £6! May be online too.

Check out The Works - a couple of weeks ago they had a deal on 3 for £5 so I bought 6 books and only paid £12.99 for all 6 plus delivery... all Christmas themed and lovely - reviews on there probably best but I love anything Carole Matthews

Just finished Karen Swan's latest Christmas book, hers are brilliant.

The Winter Book by Tove Jansson. Just beautiful in every way.

Love these recommendations, I'm currently re reading The Christmas Sisters then I'll treat myself to a new Christmas novel.
