We’re 6 months pregnant and just moved house so he’s just getting a few small Choc bits (I know he loves) a £10 coffee thermos (he needs) and a gift set of drinks he likes.

We’ve kept Christmas pretty lean this year.

Mine has asked for 50 guitar picks, he keeps losing his so wants a good supply.

Mine doesn't consider anything he needs D a gift, or anything that is too functional. So clothes, smellies, watches, wallets are all non-gifts to him. I kind of see his point, if someone bought me a pair of work shoes and some deodorant I'd be a bit peeved.

So he's got chocolate and a PS4 game. DD wants to buy him a shaking llama toy

A wooden box for all his BBQ kit with his name stenciled on (a weird size to fit great big Turkish skewers, a million gadgets and tools etc), a Dadmin BBQ t shirt, Brooklyn 99 mug, light cotton sweater thing from TK Maxx and loads of socks (requested). And a tiny canvas that our toddler painted to put on his desk.

Beginning of last year I said I wanted to replace our bedside lamps. I have an u healthy obsessions with TKMaxx and Home sense (tk maxx gallery of horrors is The best fbook group ever) so he said buy each other a new lamp. The weirder and more garish the better. So he's got an absolute gem of a lamp from home sense. It's got crystals, velvet/velour lampshade and tassels. It's horrific ly stunning. And now I'm all excited to see what he's got for me.

Mine packed a stocking two weeks ago as not expected to be home for 8 weeks. Elemis wash stuff, moleskin journal, etc. May be back for flying visit at Xmas now, hope he brings his stocking too, although the digestives and all sorts won’t be as appealing if opened here
