I'm difficult to buy for.

I don't want:
Food of any kind
Books (I have too many, plus a full kindle)
Toiletries, perfume or makeup
Going out vouchers (can never get a babysitter)
Clothes (or vouchers for clothes shops)

What can people suggest me OH can get me for Christmas? I have no idea!

A gift to a charity in your name?
Sorry not much help but thats a big list of things you dont want 🤣

Givemestrengthorgin · 01/12/2019 15:35

Do you have an interest in a sport or activity that he could get you some kit for such as a yoga mat, running shoes etc? Or do you enjoy cooking so a new kitchen gadget? Jewellery?

Luckingfovely · 01/12/2019 15:36

If you don't want any 'things', some kind of experience is the obvious answer. Or a night in hotel? Or a voucher for dinner at your favourite restaurant.

Freddie's Flowers - regular deliveries of flowers through your letter box?

RoseyOldCrow · 01/12/2019 15:45

Do you collect anything?
Do you want to start collecting anything?!

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 01/12/2019 15:51

Posh smelly candle like from Jo Malone?
A beautiful silk scarf?
Leather gloves? Or vegan leather?

Oops sorry I just realised those last two might fall in the “clothes” category.

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 01/12/2019 15:52

How about an XBox or PlayStation Grin

OhHellYa · 01/12/2019 15:54

Babysitting voucher? No seriously, an offer of help from someone to let you go out some night

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 01/12/2019 17:03

Do you actually want anything?

What sort of things do you like?

Iamthewombat · 01/12/2019 17:09

See, this accounts for the unfathomable success of Pandora.

It is the ideal solution for husbands facing the ‘what do I get for the wife who has everything’ quandary.

Answer: another bloody ‘meaningful’ bead.

Iamthewombat · 01/12/2019 17:10

Why not ask for a gold bangle or something? Is that clothes?

BuckingFrolics · 01/12/2019 17:15

Foot massage thing
Hot blanket for the bed
Cashmere shawl
Netflix account
New cutlery set
Gardening kit
Pink fluffy steering wheel cover

babygrootandstarlord · 01/12/2019 17:21

Some type of techy gadget? Apple TV or similar?

Outing/annual passes/experience that you want to do but that's also kid friendly so you won't have to find a babysitter?

Magazine subscription (discard once you read it so it's not taking up space with the books)

Decorative type stuff for the house?

Gym/leisure centre membership (one that has a kids club so you don't need a babysitter)

If you work in an office/cubicle, something for there? Printed canvas, framed photo collage, etc?

Purpletigers · 01/12/2019 17:23

What do you enjoy doing? What are your interests?

JumpiestBat · 01/12/2019 17:39

Lovely new bedding
A weighted blanket
Nice plastic tablecloth (sorry maybe that's just me)
Decent headphones, really good ones
An instrument
Beautiful ink pen with green ink to put in it
Handbags are surprisingly useful even if you're not a handbaggy person.
Graze box or some other letterbox subscription like flowers, makeup, stationery...The spice club one I had was terrific.

JumpiestBat · 01/12/2019 17:40
