Thank you @CupoTeap for the title!

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Can anyone recommend some magnetic building kits or know of any deals? For DS's little brother who is 2.5. Lots of different kits/brands/prices on Amazon so not sure which best to choose!

MilkTrayLimeBarrel · 20/11/2019 12:54

I have M&S codes starting tomorrow - let me know if you want them, please.

studentvera · 20/11/2019 12:54

Looking for a good marble maze for my 5 year old. Can anyone recommend a good one please?

doctorboo · 20/11/2019 13:03

We got these Mag Genius magnet tiles from Amazon in Oct ‘16 and all three of my boys still love them (4, 6 and 8) and they still get played with at least 1-2 times a week.

@studentvera The Hape quadrilla is meant to be really good, I’ve not used it myself though.

EvilHerbivore a potato brush is a cheap readily available potato present
Some of them are quite cute really and I'm guessing they could be used as a nail brush Smile

Apart from an echo dot (hopeful for Black Friday) and some sweets I was finished my shopping last week so why, on reading this thread last night, did I then purchase Christmas decorations from Cox & Cox, fleeces and hats from mountain warehouse, boxers and yet another notebook from Boden and a canvas from somewhere I can’t even remember the name of.

I am currently filling a basket from Rex London who have lots of great stocking fillers including in their sale. And. then. I. must. stop.Rex London

I have a referral code which gives me a £5 discount and you 10% off. I will post it on the referral thread in case anyone wants to use it.

ScoobySnacker · 20/11/2019 15:01

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 20/11/2019 15:02

Just posting to say thank you to whoever (I think there were a few of you!) who recommended Yankee Bundles, I am waiting for my electric melter and tarts with anticipation and will report back....

IJustWantToWearDungarees · 20/11/2019 15:27

@Themazeoflife fingers crossed yours arrives! Mine was due at the beginning of the month so maybe it is a different shipment?

@imsorryiasked Those look so fab but unfortunately I don't know how to crochet and it is for my 6 (nearly 7) yo DS who has suddenly decided he wants one. His sewing is painful enough as it is, so hoping for something simple. Somehow, though, I doubt they exist...!

woodwaj · 20/11/2019 15:37

Does anyone know if the cox and cox code can be used with the referral codes too

NoSquirrels · 20/11/2019 16:06

Carrie76 we listened to all the Harrry Potter audio books via Audible - that’s definitely going to be the most chat-effective way to buy them. We have a subscriptions so 1st credit free (1 credit buys 1 book), then got one per month for £7.99. They often also offer 3 credits for £18.

You won’t have the CDs, but you keep all the audiobooks you’ve ever purchased even if you stop paying a subscription so no downside really.
