I always cook another roast, so basically Christmas dinner again which is lovely but so much work. This year with going back to work on the 2nd I don't want all the leftovers and the work in my tiny kitchen on New Year's Day.
I want it to feel special without loads of effort. What do you eat? I'm veggie but can adapt most things. I'm even thinking about an Indian takeaway but worried it won't feel very special when it gets to it.
