This year Father Christmas will be enjoying a mince pie and can of John Smith's Smooth.

Posted on a Facebook group im a member of that had loads of American parents. They were horrified.

Mince Pie and Baileys here. It would boring for him if he had the same drink in every house!

Father Christmas used to have a glass of port when he used to visit us.

I dread to think of how all that sherry and port of yesteryears reacted with a great load of milk in North America.

Mine have given him a Capri sun (one of their special treats for tomorrow!) and a packet of chocolate buttons. I suggested a g&t or red wine but they weren’t so sure

1 carrot for rudolph but my eldest questioned whether we should put more out for all the reindeer, not just one 🙈

DD gave him strawberry Nesquik a couple of years' ago!

I think it was a bottle of beer last year. DH definitely drank it anyway! My turn this year.

We've had the other reindeer at too....
