Snacks for the big man

This year Father Christmas will be enjoying a mince pie and can of John Smith's Smooth.

Posted on a Facebook group im a member of that had loads of American parents. They were horrified.

Santa's having a mince pie and a can of Stella here tonight 😂

Homemade (slightly licked) gingerbread men here with a massive mug of chocolate milk. Also 9 carrots (the dc insisted).

I have stencilled glittery hoofprints across the floor to imply a carrot-fuelled reindeer party.

A mince pie,a baileys,and a couple nice spiced cookies for Father Christmas,a few rich tea biscuits(for the Reindeer the same as I put out when I was a child)a carrot and a bowl of milk for the Reindeer.

Mince pie and Aldi chocolate orange pretend Baileys, which he liked very much.

A slice of cake. I also put a couple of biscuits out. When I was a child my mom left a letter to Santa along with a mince pie and some chocolates.

Sherry and a mince pie and a very shiny apple for the reindeer. DS polished it himself to be sure

3 Carrots for the reindeer - Coles supermarket even got in on the act, selling "Rudolph's carrots" (their usual bag of juicing carrots )(DS2 was all for putting out 8 carrots but that was too much for me to deal with!)

2 GF mince pies and a glass of very nice port.

DH used to put out beer for Santa when he was a child but I persuaded him to switch to port.

The DSs wanted to go for mince pies and milk but I told them Santa would be sick of milk and cookies so better to give him something different

I love leaving bits of chomped carrot and mince pie crumbs on the plates!
