I have no walnuts
no brazil nuts

i nearly had no sprouts!

I have no food and no tree.
But I do have a turkey.

Cheese footballs. I've been to six different supermarkets and now I've given up.

Still no tree
But plenty of food
& plenty of wrapping to do...

Don't know how I'll ever get everything done on time!

@SagelyNodding I'd given up on finding chocolate coins, went to b&m for something else and found some in there. If you have one near you may be worth a check? I've done all the major supermarkets with no joy beforehand X

Aioli - I bought some and tried it but it's disgusting.

Dips - DD has eaten a packet of them already.

Soda water for aperol spritz

Only the meat but it's ready for collection from the farm shop tomorrow afternoon.

Really sad to read others are struggling at this time of year. I sincerely hope things work out for you all.

Desserts. I do have my eye on one particular type but the sell by date is still too short (obviously I’m not going to say which one it is on here otherwise I’ll have no chance of finding one in stock).

I do have cream and pigs in blankets (not to eat together, obvs) which were the items I couldn’t get last year.

Patience! I’ve run out of patience already and need to find some before Christmas Day. The toddler has atenoyed to bite me approximately 299 times in the past few hours and my other child has done nothing but complain all day.

Cocktail sticks. Forget the little fuckers every year. But I ain't going shopping until after Christmas

Icing and marzipan for the cake.

Food. planning to be at Tesco 7am when it opens. (Not hosting on Xmas day)

Any of the food! But we're not in the country till Monday so can't be helped. I really hope we can get all the bits we need on Christmas eve

My head out of my arse apparently.
Everyone else in the family seem to be drowning in Christmas spirit, and I’d happily go to sleep tomorrow night and wake up somewhere around the 28th when it’s died down a bit

I’m starting to understand where Mila Kunis’ mother in the film “Bad Moms” is coming from:
“You’re a mother. You don’t ENjoy, you GIVE joy!”

Food. And (checks once again, hopefully) OH MY GOD I’ve just discovered that Ocado have released some delivery slots for Monday, hallelujah. It’s a Christmas miracle.

Some chicken for DS (he's the only non-vegetarian in the house)
Vegetables and potatoes
Soya milk
Bread

12 eggs I had to mop up this morning
A certain sized screw driver to put the batteries in the Xmas lights
Any desserts

Thought I was done! Oh well...
