It’s my birthday woohoo!! 🥳🎁
Woke up with a slight sadness as I didn’t have my usual birthday phonecall from my dad. It was always going to be tough though being the first birthday and Xmas without him, plus he only passed away last month.
Paddy has been amazing so far 
I’ve had breakfast in bed and a Starbucks too I’ve come downstairs and my god it’s like flamingo paradise!! There’s flamingo birthday banners and bunting everywhere, 6 giant flamingo helium balloons and a flamingo tablecloth on the kitchen table I’m in paradise haha!
We will go for a stroll to the local shop in a while, get my Gpops newspaper and hopefully some double cream as we’ve ran out eeeek!
Traditional birthday takeaway for lunch, then dinner will be a buffet style. I know we have mini hog roast rolls that I’m looking forward too!
We will assemble the gingerbread house and make llama biscuits for Santa with my nephew later!
At some point I’ll open my presents and cards too, then Xmas eve box this afternoon!
I’ve had texts from all my brothers wishing me a happy birthday and also apologising for how they acted about dad’s funeral etc. To be honest they weren’t the issue, it was the other side of my family that I’ve cut off that are toxic. So, all my brothers will be coming round at some point and I can’t wait to see my nephews too! My bro’s and I have always been inseparable, the 6 amigos we were called and I miss them loads as well as my nephews, I can’t wait to see them and hopefully they’ll all be coming for dinner tomorrow too! 🥳🎄🎅🏼
My bro who’s a year and 3 days older than me, and nephew will be staying over tonight ready for the chaos tomorrow
I’ve got a bad feeling when I sort through the Xmas presents later and put them out, I’m going to find things that haven’t been wrapped 😂
