It was too hot on the train really. We also had a delay where the workers had to abandon train to put out a grass fire by the track! 😱 It was lovely though. And yes, NYMR.

We do the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Santa train. It's also brilliant. The kids utterly adore it and really look forward to it. They're big Christmas nuts!

We're all open plan at my place, even senior management. It's not so bad really; I've worked in worse places!

Its a touch fresher here today, thank god. Yesterday was hideously sticky. But a small amount of rain appears to have taken some of the humidity away. Hurrah!

I'm still in bed. I had a rotten night's sleep thanks to my sore shoulder and I'm now upstairs hiding from a number of first world problems.

I'm so glad we are beyond the must-have toy dramas. I'm still traumatised by the Great Pink Nintendo DS Hunt for DD2 although I did spend a couple of frustrating hours in front of the laptop last year trying to find a limited edition makeup palette for the same DD.

DD just told me that Animal Jam have Jammala Day (Christmas) in July! She's just got her Jammala Day in July bundle! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

She got a reindeer, a deer, a gingerbread house and a song Fluffy. I didn't have to pay real money for it as she paid for it in gems. It's all within the game.

DD1 going back to uni TODAY sob, will miss her madly , she is back in a month for 3 weeks though so it will go quickly l know.
DD2 slept all last night no pain relief YAY!!!
