Have told DP that I've been making lists for Christmas. He was not impressed until I mentioned about the things that would be great ideas for presents and that these things are things that the kids actually need.
I currently have some bellend setting off fireworks for the second night running.
Why? Just why? What's the bloody point?

I'm just very fed up with everything at the moment. I'm living with a constant low level of stress/annoyance and it's always due to other peoples lack of consideration for anyone else other than themselves. I swear it's got worse over the past 10 years or so. No-one seems to give a shit about how their actions affect other people. Its depressing and I'm desperate to move because of it.
To counter this, I'm still list making for the hampers, I'm going to try to make a different jar of something every weekend from November-ish. I've found a place that sells the baskets and gubbins, ebay has loads of jars going cheap and it's giving me something else to focus on other than people and uni stuff.
I'm also re-decorating the house one room at a time with the aim to get it done before my placement starts in September. The living room is done. Kitchen next. Replace door, paint walls and ceiling, re-gloss cupboards, finish pantry. Maybe replace the second door that leads to backdoor?
