Morning! I had smashed avocado and smoked salmon on toast and a banana today. 😋🐟🍌

Another thank you from me Fluffy. Wish I was allowed to give blood, although since my transfusion was in 1996 and I haven't got CJD, I'd think my blood was safe.

That coat is to die for!!!

Storage is a little limited here - no loft, so the decs are all at my mums, just waiting for advent!

Fortunately she is as mad on Christmas as I am so wasn't too disturbed by the amount!

Perfect, mine was in 1995 and l haven't got CJD .... there are only 4 instances of Blood transfusions infecting ppl with it in the UK according to the NHS website. So that is a relief, at least l feel it is anyway. For years l worried about contracting it , l don't worry about it so much now l am 57 and the DDS are old enough to care for themselves . It is when they are young that you worry more.

Hairspray l am so glad you like the coat (l love the coat so much it will go with my Ness handbag) and well done to mum for storing the decs for Hairspray mum!

I am supposed to be wfh but no one is in due to half term, my job is mainly sending emails to other people in the organisation so I have nothing to do all week!
I feel bad, but I have only got 4 emails all week that were really simple to deal with.

I spoke to my manager about it and she said not to worry and enjoy the quiet while it lasts...

I'm off to a very posh spa for the night

A few weeks ago, hospital sent me a breastscreening appointment for 6pm. I emailed them asking for one in school hours. They've sent me one for 16th August. I've emailed again, asking for one in September, between 10am - 1pm.

Had firecracker prawns for supper. 😋🍤

Perfect yes I think we ought to be allowed to give blood but the powers that be say we can't so there is nothing we can do really, it is so important though , it really is. I hate the breast screening but l do go .
I had my blood tests back today all fine , cholesterol was 5.1 but my hdl were very good so they were happy with it although they do like it to be under 5 now .
Wreck........ have a lovely relaxing time . Bliss.
Hairspray make the most of it sweetie . I am sure you do more than your fair share .

Morning! I'm ill. Sore throat, stuffy head etc so I've had to cancel giving blood. I've rearranged it for next Friday instead. They don't want ill people to give blood, so I'm following instructions!

Tired today. We stayed up late to watch The Bridge last night (season 2, we are also watching season 4 on Fridays). It's brilliant!

Sorry you are not well , just blinking typical Fluffy on your day off. Am recording the Bridge to binge watch with DD1 when she has her hols in August saddos.
Up the parents today for the usual, shopping first for them. DH cooked a dinner for them yesterday evening so they will enjoy that . He does a mean cooked dinner tbf . He is very kind and supportive , my DSIS husband however had a real hissy fit yesterday over the attention we are giving them. Child! They do hardly anything compared to us and as for my brother ...... . He is more trouble than it is worth . Never mind such is our lot . Families , you gotta love them

My parents are back from Wales today, they have been visiting my sister, and helping her pack up her uni flat. She graduates next month and has noooo idea what she is doing next.

She is a smart girl but is nearly 24 and has never had a part time job or anything so I don't really know how employable she will be... She worries my mother!
