Evening all gone cold here
DD1 gone back to uni she is back in her flat now though so all well. She is lamenting the fact she is working 3 nights in a row and missing the Eurovision song contest , the folly of youth lol . We elders will be trying to escape the damn thing .
Internal that was a great buy m'dear well done, were the cakeys gorgeous? I love home made Victoria sponges yummy!
Am just off to see Sarah Millican in St. Davids hall with DD2 can't wait she is so funny ! DD2 is taking us bless her .

Had chicken, tomato and basil pasta salad and cherry bakewell slice for supper. 😋🍗🍅🍒

My day ended up being vaguely better than expected, kind of. Manic bits in there, but mostly ok!

Really busy day tomorrow though. Joy!

Cakeys were lovely Thankyou .. Apple pasty and bakewell slice!! Just had tea.. slow cooked beef, was lush and saved half for pulled beef baguettes tomorrow night. Hope u loved Sarah Millican Mrs!

Picked the DC up at 6, DS2 went to bed at 8, DD went at 9.20, I've brought the washing in, put uniforms out, doing a wash, then bed. 😴👔😴

Morning! Looking nice today, but also cooler than it has been. Ah well, it tipped it down last night, so at least it's dry!

Psyching myself up for another busy day today. At least it's the weekend soon. 😁

Yawny morning!! Dull here but rain stopped, looks like it may brighten up later. I’m back for three days then off for two so no more 7 day stretches yay 🙂have a good one everyone x

Off to the Gp for a routine blood test for my thyroid levels then taking Dad to the Hospital , for his appt bless him he isn't at all well . Taking mum to dance club tonight sans Dad so will have tasty gossiping morsels about Ethel and Doris tomoz lol .
Sarah Millican was tremendous last night , so so funny ! We had great seats too.

Thank you Perfect , Dad has been to see the Cons and they have ordered a barrage of bloods for him . They will ring us tomorrow with the results and we will take it from there. Am off to the Dance club in an hour lol , can't wait.

Had a chicken fajita, a bag of crisps and a 500ml bottle of Mountain Dew for lunch, picked the DC up, went to the Sainsbury's café, DS2 had a cheese and tomato pizza and a Magnum Double Caramel, DD had cottage pie and peas and a Magnum White, I had a cheese and onion quiche, baby potatoes and salad and a Magnum Double Caramel, DS2 will go to bed at 8, DD will go at 9.20. 😋🍗😋🍅🍕

Evening! Hope Dara is great Woolly I love Mock The Week. Well we had pulled beef and blue cheese baguettes for tea.. lush. I’m just chilling watching The Durrells and DH is watching the golf ( with his eyes shut 😂) I think he’s had a long day! I should be doing something productive really but sometimes it’s just nice to relax 🙂

Anyway, tonights further goss from dance class, there is a couple there who are married to other ppl and they are having an affair ! They are very happy and dance very well , all the members know about it and don't split on them lol .....l won't either , you promise you won't tell on them will you mwhahahaha. Apparently they are married to awful ppl and they have a terrible life with them so they compensate each other ....well who am l to judge? I am amazed at these old fogies all sticking together to keep the secret though , l really am. Mind boggling !

Off up the parents to clean and sort them out and await the dreaded phone call re what they are deciding to do with my Dad re his bloods , my guess is he will go to see the Consultant on Monday, it is pitiful to see him but l have to keep it all hidden how sad it is to see him like this. Must be strong for his sake .
