What a fab photo!

I have just been to a gym induction for a gym that is part of my gym but has this thing called the Milon Circle where everything magicaly adjusts to you and is really safe and low impact. Felt so good to exercise! I want to get back to 9st and being fit and healthy with lots of lean muscle, got to do it while I can! I'm not allowed to do any impact whatsoever so this works for me for rehab.

Fridge that sounds perfect I need to lose weight so I'm on the 5:2 thread. I've got a healthy bmi but need to lose a stone to be happy! (And still easily within healthy bmi range)

Well I am working long days right through til Monday.. your days all look way more fun! .. on a Christmas note I have bought some rose gold magnetic fridge frames and some hair ties for the eldests stocking. Am so tired now I shall probs be asleep in a hour lol x

Picked the DC up at 6, DS2 was in bed by 7.30, DD will go at 9.20. 😴

Wreck, I prefer to be towards the mid-bottom of the healthy BMI range. For my build, the top of healthy is too chunky! I go on the cross trainer every morning before work to keep on top of my weight. Lifting DS up all the time to cuddle him or show him stuff keeps my arms looking relatively toned! 😂

I now have 3 cucumber seedlings and 6 bean ones coming through. Still waiting for the sweetcorn to come through though!

DS was helping me water everything earlier. I think he half-drowned some things and ignored others to be honest!

My BMI has gone up to 26, I'd like to lose 2st and get it mid bottom of BMI range so I have some leeway.

That's what I aim for, Fridge, then I can 🐽 🐷🐽🐷🐽🐷 at Christmas!

I put on weight before Christmas and then pigged out at Christmas hence now being at 26. Grr. Silly! Now I want to get down so I don't do the same again.

Well just woke up on sofa! 😮 wish Dh would wake me up to go bed but he says I’m virtually impossible to wake up. I work in retail as a mobile manager ... working in a different town this week so am out door at 7am and home at 7pm. I often doze off after tea but then am wide awake now!. I need to lose about a stone and tone up but am struggling to find time to fit excercise in at moment, apart from walking to train station which is just over a mile.

Poor ds has really bad hayfever and allergic conjunctivitis I had to peel his eyes open this morning.

I have training today so will be stuck in a hall with 80 other people when it's 24 degrees outside 😭

Is anyone else growing spuds? We have 6 bags of them on the go and they're coming on great guns. Can't wait to harvest them. The kids loved tipping them up and hunting for the potatoes in the earth last year. I'm hoping for a better yield this year as I read up on how to grow them so we've used fertiliser and done it slightly differently too. Can't wait!

My voice has gone, usually the first sign of hayfever for me. 😭

Hi all,
I got a bit lost and busy, everything has been totally crazy. The house share in Nottingham didn't work out as I had ended up living with some rather unsavoury people.

I only spent a grand total of 4 days there in the end, and was planning on living with my parents for a few months but... I met a new man in the pub round the corner from my parents - well a very old school friend, 6 weeks later I have moved in with him in a total whirlwind romance that is very unlike me!

My parents have been super supportive and happy which was a relief as I thought they would think I had totally lost it!

Hope everyone else is doing well! I have completely lost count of the days but it feels like summer is well on its way to actually arriving now!

I wondered where you were Hair, that is not what I was expecting, but YAYYYY sounds like a lovely turn of events in the end.
