What will you be serving and where will it be bought from?

We usually go M&s but been told it's a bit 'meh' this year so looking for inspiration!

Roast goose (local farm, coming tomorrow), roast spuds, honey roast parsnips, pigs in blankets, cranberry and apple stuffing, sprouts (lots), carrots (batons as it's Christmas after all), gravy, bread sauce and apple sauce.

The veg came from ASDA, the bacon, chipolatas and stuffing are from our local butcher. The bread sauce is Colemans ☺️☺️

Smoked salmon parcels (quark, dill and chive filling), followed by pot roasted pheasant with chestnuts, to be served with roast potatoes and parsnips, sprouts and carrots; pudding will be Christmas pudding with crème fraiche. Pheasant from the butcher, the rest from Sainsbury's.
