Kids broke up on Wednesday so on Thursday we went to see a matinee performance at the west end. It was dds first theatre show and she loved it, was totally engaged with the characters.

Yesterday (Friday) we met my friend for lunch, then went iceskating and Christmas light spotting. Dinner at our hotel and catching a train late Saturday afternoon to spend Christmas with my family. Can't wait, it's been a few lovely, chilled out days so fingers crossed the dc don't have a meltdown on the train.
