I'm another who would like Santa to bring an end to infantilising language - even though I know full well he's not real and only time and thought ŵill change what is seen as appropriate terms to use when publishing globally.

In terms of what presents I would like to receive: waterproof socks, thermocline stuff and/or winter weight, shoulders free wetsuit, some event entries and some good news medically.

I'm run ragged at the moment so have asked for a long weekend away at our favourite hotel in the Lake District next month - and I'm pretty sure DH has booked it.

A new skirt and a lush bath bomb which in turn includes an evening of adult time aka,, a Chinese in peace followed by a bubble with a movie and candles.

Other than that everyone that's asked I've just said buy something for the kids, I just don't enjoy presents as much now 🙈

I'm not a mummy, and no one's going to buy me anything this year, so I bought myself a new dress and a lot of vodka. Also cava, prosecco and champagne. And wine. That's about all I'll be opening this Christmas!
