Welcome one and all, see post two for links.

This Christmas we will mostly be watching the children spinning in bilibos with their head torches on and we will be drinking pact coffee in our Emma Bridgewater polka dot mugs

whyam - no on the current offer with topcashback it is predetermined. I used quidco a lot last year but several of their Christmas promotions didn't work with no luck going through customer services for help so I have switched back to topcashback and feel more able to recommend them.

have had cash pay out through quidco so am not totally against them but it is annoying when you buy something because of an offer that doesn't work. Now I would only buy things on a cashback offer that were good value without cash back so any cashback is purely a bonus.

Someone sent me a message asking about those mobiles I posted, flamingos and unicorns and other things but I now can’t find the message so I don’t know who it was!

Anyway, if that person is still looking this is the link www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CraftyBeanByJulie?ref=listing-shop2-all-items-count#items

I purchased one when they use to sell on eBay but they now have an Etsy store. Really nice and they will pretty much make anything you want, I purchased a flamingo but had them add a few details for me.

www.topcashback.co.uk/ref/jgivens
This is my cash back referral, I get £10 and you get a £5 Amazon voucher.
Even if you don't want to go through someone's referral code I would really recommend using the website. I don't work for them btw.
I've used Topcashback for years now and I earn about £100 cash back a year.
You have to remember to go through their site to get to the website you're buying from, you can get cashback on things like mobile phone contracts, insurance companies, most large shops and even on Emma Bridgwater purchases!
I never upgraded to the Topcashback account where you pay a monthly fee and there are no catches that I have seen but you don't usually get cash back when you buy sale items from companies.
You choose when to get the cashback in a variety of ways from your bank account to vouchers for certain stores, all very easy!

WhyamIBoredathome · 11/10/2017 19:49

poppycat that's a shame you've had issues. I use both now and compare who has best rates. My total quidco payouts are now up to £247 and topcashback £80ish (but only joined them a few months back)

4 foot cuddly elf - he could ride Robert
£19.99

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 11/10/2017 19:50

Only used TopCashback myself so far (just joined Quidco) and I’ve made over £400 in two years. Admittedly one of these was a big holiday via ebookers who give a good percent.
You just go on it and then shop as normal- they put a small amount in your account for using site. Don’t buy anything you weren’t going to as not everything tracks perfectly but it’s really easy to use.

yumyumpoppycat · 11/10/2017 19:55

It was the special deals that didn't work for me on Quidco £10 off various companies, triple cashback at Black Friday etc in general it's fine.

RedBlu · 11/10/2017 19:57

Has anyone seen those “make your own infused gin” bottles in Wilko?

www.wilko.com/food-and-drink/make-your-own-infused-gin-kit/invt/0457244

Thinking about getting a couple but not sure if I should just give them as they are or should I make them up before gifting?!

FoofFighter · 11/10/2017 20:00

Does anyone know who Saltrock use for deliveries?

NoWordForFluffy · 11/10/2017 20:03

Royal Mail for my orders, Foof.

Has anyone seen any of the money off vouchers for Next? I'm looking for £5 off £25 or similar, and seem to recall them doing these at the tills occasionally.

I've never shopped online with them, so would be a new customer online, if that makes a difference? I don't usually shop there, but DDad has asked for a specific top from there (and even given me the product code - he must really like it!). I begrudge not getting a deal, though...

RedBlu · 11/10/2017 20:09

Fire - I believe you can do a referral so both get £20?

RedBlu · 11/10/2017 20:11

If you send me your name and email I can send you a referral from my account and you get £20 off an order of £50

fraggle84 · 11/10/2017 20:11

I’ve sent you a pm about the next codes

FoofFighter · 11/10/2017 20:13

Thanks, ordered from Saltrock sale - a t shirt for my adult DS, an emergency beanie/mittens giftset for anyone I've forgotten ;) a scarf for DD, a beanie for me :) and I got 20% through Student Beans making it £15 delivered.

I got a referral too, 25% off for you and £10 off a future order for me www.talkable.com/x/627l1f

imnottoofussed · 11/10/2017 20:13

Place marking missed two whole threads Confused

fraggle84 · 11/10/2017 20:15

What’s the sizing like in salt rock? Dh is normally an xl

FoofFighter · 11/10/2017 20:22

Not a clue! Went for XL for my son as he is muscly and v tall. and they didn't have L in the sale

WhyamIBoredathome · 11/10/2017 20:32

fraggle I found ladies sizing a bit weird. I'm really a 14 on top. I ordered 3 hoodies in 14 and 16 as I wasn't sure. One is huge in 14 and 16, one is tight in 14 and fine 16, one is fine 14 and too big 16. So pretty inconsistent!!

WhyamIBoredathome · 11/10/2017 20:33

foof mine came DHL

fleshmarketclose · 11/10/2017 20:38

Had EB dispatch email so very happy.

RJnomore1 · 11/10/2017 20:41

I've just gone a bit overboard on the body shop website 😬 The £10 off £25 code still works on sale items so I put 3 orders through at a total of £47, for about £125 of stuff. With a sweet that's all dd2s little school friends sorted, and some nice bigger sets for the older girls/ MIL etc. Plus a couple of nail varnishes and a conditioner at £1 each to make them up to £25.

cookiefiend · 11/10/2017 20:41

@RedBlu I would give the will gin as it is- making it up seems to be the fun. Otherwise you may as well just give the recipient a regular bottle of gin.

SnowBodyforrrrm · 11/10/2017 20:45

That's got to be the thread title of the season!!!! Xmas Grin
