Also horse/unicorn items & minecraft stuff! Ds has a bday before Christmas too.

Glad I could help 😁 Saw it earlier and thought it was a cute but unusual combination. Asda seem to have a few dinosaur and robot items so might be worth looking through the website. Would also recommend ordering online rather than trying to get it in store.

Why do they always want the bloody things you can't find?!

Smyths don't want their competitors to know their promotional plans in advance, most retailers are the same. It would ruin the impact of their toy sale if every other toy shop decided to hold one on the same date. Great for us, not so great for them.

Employees of the retailers and their suppliers are considered as engaging in anti competitive activity if they share future pricing or promotional information that isn't currently in the public domain, so don't be surprised if you encounter cageyness on the subject.

Ds (10) has asked for a load of mini figures for Christmas - doesnanyone know if you can buy them new in bulk??

B&M have a lot of their Xmas sweets in including the double dares jelly bean ones which ds and his friends like playing. Tesco also had a few barbie things reduced by £3-5

DD2 wants some Shopkins bits but is vague on what exactly. I've ordered her the fake 50 Shopkins from Ebay so now I just need playsets.

@penstemon thank you so much for the Asda bedding - my card doesn't thank you so much though lol. Just ordered 5 sets, I couldn't decide. Love (& bought x 3) the elf on the shelf ones for the kids, but I fell in love with the retro kittens so ordered that in both double and single sizes with the cushions - if I don't use it for youngest dd then I could perhaps convince dh to let me put it on our bed! or I'll just do it and hide the regular covers
The babycham set was out of stock unfortunately, but I'll be keeping an eye out for that one too yay feeling all Christmassy!!
