Christmas duvet covers

Why have I never realised this was a thing before?! One of my favourite things in the world is getting into fresh sheets so the thought of getting into fresh new sheets with a Christmas theme on Christmas Eve has made me very happy!

Ds won't be out of his cot yet but will be on the look out for some toddler bed ones for next year. Will also have a newborn but probably won't do anything unless I spy a nice festive blanket.

I thought this might be a good place to post links to nice sets we see, both for adults and kids.

can you imagine the abuse I'd get if I accidentally posted this elsewhere!

A friend of mine once snuck Christmas bedding onto the dc as they slept as a bit of "elf on the shelf" mischief for the night. It was apparently quite a musical duvet performance.

Matalan's Christmas stock has launched on line and there's some bedding there... a really cute stocking one!!

I bought a lovely set in the January sales otherwise I'd have my eye on that one!

I sneak into the DC's bedrooms on night of 30th Nov to put the Xmas bedding on (sometimes I just put it over the normal bedding and then sort it out properly the next day), put advent calendars on the end of their beds along with their Christmas plates & cups. Like a PP, we have a tumble dryer so i can wash & dry then bedding and get it back on again in a day.
Our super king set came from M&S sale a couple of years ago. DD's is from Next and lovely; DS's is from Studio & horrible as it has some sort of coating on it; the spare room one (always have guests for Xmas) is from ASDA and very thin but does just get used for about three nights & it does the job. I may get a new one for DS this year.

Definitely getting a duvet set each for us and dd this year

Can't wait for Asda's selection to come out Grin

SuperKing Christmas bedding!!! And cheap too.

Probably been mentioned already, but childrens-rooms.co.uk have got tonnes of xmas bedding in

ProseccoPoppy · 31/08/2017 23:27

I didn't know this was a thing and now I do I massively want some! Also the Catherine Landfield ones on eBay are super cheap - might get them for the guest beds as well as us and DD. And some of the present cushions! And maybe matching mugs... I bet somewhere will do matching mugs. I love Christmas!

We have Christmas bedding. DS has a Catherine Landfield one and the quality is pretty poor; buttons badly stitched on, material really rough and thin. The pattern is lovely though. DD's came from Asda and feels much nicer. I got the one for our bed last year from M & S in the sale and it's brushed cotton and really nice.

DD will be getting a new bed so I'm on the look out for a new double duvet for her and I might get DS a new one too.
